This website was built while seeking refuge from life’s hardships, ones that grew to weigh more than a mind could carry. Survival, a skillset, go out into the desert or jungle without the survival skills and you could be eaten alive; does life get easier, just as trapsing through the jungle would, if one has been trained? The Self-Help Library is an excellent starting point for those training to survive life, or to simply improve it (all is free to access). For those sitting beneath rock-bottom, the ‘Recovery Foundations‘ are a solid starting point towards reclaiming a life that is yours to own. May my digital refuge become your own, it was always the intention.
