Learn to Swim

When you sink,
Learn to swim,
To stay afloat,
To bob around until safety can be found.

When you sink,
It becomes harder to find your surface,
When you sink too far…
Alone, in the darkness…

When you sink,
Remember you can swim,
And that you can make it to safety,
Just give it time.

Perhaps if you cannot swim, learn to, with help we can all pick up the skills required to survive the roughest of seas, storms and rip tides. Go to therapy, even art or dance therapy, just learn to swim, to stop from drowning to death.
