Time comes with promised healing,
Time wills my life back to itself.
It took all, but returns all.
How to trust in time,
Is there anything with reason,
Or does life extend itself to miracles?

Time is your only limit!
Okay, you may be limited by disease, immobility, a hearing impairment, even by your own judgements and prejudices. But what I mean to say is, unless you are dead, you’re not dead yet! If you do have an involuntary limit, even if that is your cognitive functioning or level of intelligence, I ask you now, is it a limit, or a way of being? Is who you are limited, or do you have a place in the world exactly as you come? Is this limit an illusion, a dream, or a wishing that you are something you are not? Depression comes for some too, chronic fatigue, insomnia, your body may have absorbed too much and cannot function optimally, perhaps it never will again, this might place limits on how you move, whether you can exercise, or go out much at all… An external limit is not really a limit, it is a direction you could walk if you weren’t you. But you are you, and when you head inside your own mind-body, you find you can access the infinite spaces of thought, imagining, feeling, and yes, healing.
So long as healing becomes a thing of external measure it will be painful and fill you with a sense of lack, an overall vibe of, ‘I am missing something’, be that connection, experiences, or stuff. Peace cannot be measured, it can be, or not be. Serenity, contentment, all things that are, or are not. Happiness, it is or isn’t possible right now, maybe your body cannot allow happiness for the rest of your life, it’s possible. The world says that depression is wrong, happiness is right, and there is no grey. But depression is a permissible way of life, surely, especially if there are an extensive number of reasons for that cloudy way of life? I wonder if a happy person, or non-feeling person labelled depression as a wrongness, someone who had never felt it is likely to have determined it as unacceptable. Perhaps it was even an arrogant, egomaniac like Freud?
We must not trust the stories the world delivers. Yes, living with a behavioral influencer like ‘depression’ may be a challenge, but perhaps if that person were not expected to work 9 to 5, 5 days a week, to rush around like a lunatic squeezing in every facet of human life deemed as a requirement of a whole, healthy, contented human, well, perhaps after a few years of decompressing, of resting, of finding their own version of balance, they could come to smile more than they cry? Think about it, just think about EVERYTHING, because the world is nuts, and the second you believe what it tells you, you are in danger of more than one crime being committed against your mind, body, heart and soul. The biggest crime being that you are not loved just as you are, which is the very definition of unconditional love. Question everything is the message of the day. It’s how your time becomes yours again, and you might yet learn to spend it well…
