Short on time? Lacking the focus or energy, give these 10 minute sessions a go before choosing to do nothing instead. Making your own playlist on YouTube is recommended, as not everything will work for everyone and it saves sifting through a growing library to find a video you remember you liked. Be brave enough to discard what you do not connect with and stick with what is serving you by saving each resource some place safe, be that by emailing them to yourself, registering on YouTube and creating a private self-loving playlist, or in saved tabs on your digital devices.
Do know that no practice is better than another, all have their place, all have their people, and it will never benefit you to waste time trying to commit to a practice you dislike, find boring, or hate the idea of. Discovering what you like is a journey, not something that can be born overnight, so experiment with the knowing that just because you cannot find your thing right away, it does not mean you should give up. Something that works for you is out there, just take your time and revisit the playlist to explore further.
