T.L.C. Lyricless Music

Song lyrics can trigger memory and thus feeling.  Song narratives can be so unhealthy and unsafe, especially while the world is healing itself through the arts.  Instead of celebrating beauty, many artists are creating spheres of regurgitation, self-recovery, and trauma release, which is a high value process, when required, when purposeful, but it can also negatively impact the listener.  As an absorber of energy and a being influenced by all that it is exposed to, it is very important to become aware of your energetic intake.  We spend so much time talking about ingested energy, but we also ingest sound, smell, sights, and somatic (touch) based experiences.  We are one with this world and nobody is untouched by the environment and all it projects into your awareness.  Find the peace that the right lyricless music can project, and thus, reflect up and into exist from within you.  Mirrors is what the world is made up of, when you choose peaceful mirrors, you can watch peace grow within, and eventually extend into the world around you.  With you at your centre, watch it all grow outwards, given time, patience and consistent practice.

We thank all creators for their videos and these generous and loving contributions to the world.
