Sleep can evade many of us, instead of laying restless, in emotional pain or stress, let yourself rebuild healthy sleep patterns by using pre-sleep movement and self-care, as well as guided sleep meditations, nature sounds, or other audio remedies. You don’t have to suffer a bad night’s sleep, but change will take time and patience. Keep faith, explore, discover what works for you and gift yourself with something owed to you by birth right – a healthy, safe, comforting and re-energizing sleep. Certain vitamins, like thiamine and melatonin, can also aid a good night’s sleep. Do your research before buying and make sure they are not synthetic and going to cause additional health problems. What you eat will also impact your down-time, so do know that a holistic sleep plan will likely result in the sleep you desire and deserve, not just turning on these videos.
