Pray for change, by all means, just remember to work for it too, that's the ticket right there! Take it easy. ✌ I am a poet... @faith.in.change I prayed because I had to. Can’t say much more than that really. I’ll never preach a practice, only ever encourage people to try new things and to see what sticks for them. Do what you do. #prayedforpeace #withlove I was a teacher of children before I was a writer, their safety and well-being is still my academic cup of tea. ‘Faith, In Stories That Change’, it is a book that brings us back to a global commonality, a concern for what their futures look like. #books #lovetolearn #humanity #children #advocate #teacher Self care and down-regulation looks different for each individual. Tapping is a practice that worked for me, but I do not do it regularly, only when I feel like it. Today, truth is the light that I speak of, may it dispel every illusion here to disturb the peace. #amen Wrote a book, you can read it if you wish. 😉 #lovewriting #writer #philosophy #thinker Remember yourself, you matter. #selfcare #devotion #time Be love, and when that is challenging, let others be so. The answer might not be as easy to come by as you think. #autonomy #choices #freedom #goodadvertising #mindful #mindfulness Contemplating lifelong health is important. People talk of living without regret, but sometimes thinking forward can help to inform a wider lens of what actual regrets might turn up later, like failing to take care of your body, your vessel. #healthmatters #berich #takecare #selfcare Fear is good information, don’t forget to feel it. If you don’t feel much at all, then learn to notice danger instead. Either is cool. Be safe. Be well. #goinpeace Too many people want your money today, shield your own mind by consuming content mindfully. #safetyfirst #beaware #predators #conartists #thieves #besafe #bemindful To pray is to seek, where the answers show up from, I do not know, but they often do - you simply need to be quiet and still enough to hear or see them. #prayer #justwords #tryit Life is the gift, not plastic surgery, not Botox or fillers, not butt implants. KNOW THIS, these are not gifts to yourself, these are choices born of self-loathing. To love life you must love yourself, the body that moves and breathes. Time to wake up? #lifeISperfection #live #freethemind Let the breath serve you, it costs nothing and you can do it anywhere. #breathwork #recovery #selfcare #ownership #breathe #keepbreathing When your inwards world moves, move with it. The path of least resistance takes you onward. #bebrave #allow #accept #mindful #lifeis #youare #be Be not afraid of life itself, nor of being yourself. Give up the fear to discover a love and appreciation of all, especially during the darker days. #shine #feelfree #goinpeace #poetry When life is bad, sad or enraging, take ownership of that, let the world never instruct you as to how it wants you to feel. Be you, whoever that is today! #huzzah #reality #acceptance #deal Remember to keep your feet on the ground, none of us can float after all. #reality #seek #find #presentmoment #thepresent #nowisreal #mindfulness Notice what you already have, here in the present, what you find might surprise you.
