Got a question?

Please use the form below to submit any questions arising as a result of reading Ana Maria Santuario’s works.

Facing the realities of ourselves is courageous, as well as potentially destabilising, therefore, please seek aid from any required professionals when required, and use the Self-Help Resources to support yourself as you continue your work within. Ana Maria’s poems and prayers also provide compassionate truth-seeking mirrors to look into, as well as these words being there to offer comfort and solace in times of need.

Our suffering eventually becomes easier to navigate, to live with, but do tread lightly in the beginning, it can be a strange and scary thing, your awakening to yourself; so take things slowly, face things only when you’re ready to, and be careful to treat yourself well, self-care will become your greatest ally in life. A little rest and rejuvenation can go a long way, so the odd pit-stop can be very wise indeed.

Your anonymity shall be protected and preserved, always – but you can always use an alias should you feel safer by doing so. If you would prefer your question to not be posted to the blog, make certain to check the right box in the disclaimer and permissions section of the form below.

Question form temporarily suspended until further notice.

It may open again, it may never begin. Life does what it does. Will decide later what to do with this page.

*Timescale and expected outcomes:
Ana Maria will respond within 10 working days to your email address, as well as via the public domain of the blog, unless you added the final non-disclosure phrase into your submission. But please do rest assured, your name and contact details will never be published. She simply hopes that in supporting you, we may, together, support others too. For those of you looking to dig a little deeper, please refer yourself to Ana Maria’s Pen Pal Service where she invites those with rigorous self-inquiry skills to delve deeper into the realms of the unknown… of this world, of yourself, and The Other.

There is nothing like a blank sheet of paper, the white waiting for me to pour out of myself…

Although there was a time wherein a witness was required, a person to witness my struggles, to know my suffering was real… writing reveals itself to itself, and nobody else need know anything about its having happened. You are safe here, to reach outwards, please do so when you feel the need. And should your words need to be kept from the realms of the blog, and simply spoken outwards, write to Ana Maria anyway, just copy and paste the non-disclosure phrase on the submission, and she will stay your safety, firmly and without wavering.

There is a need to speak for some of us, letting it happen may become the only thing you ever really needed, to speak your honest truth, to allow the stories that pained you for a lifetime to be told, and for the person on the other end to sit quietly and to witness the everything that you are… Please never not write because you feel afraid, helping you feel safe is Ana Maria’s strange, yet very real mission, and she will endeavour to comfort and alleviate your fears as you begin to open yourself up to her, and perhaps to anybody, for the very first time.

In lieu of longer-term engagement with Miss Santuario, the confessions service may very well suit your immediate need to release something and clear your energy of a secret burden or pain. Take care of yourself, and do trust in your own inner guidance; something inside of us speaks to our needs, letting the body and mind do the thing its being asked to do can be a frightening thing, but that is why it makes you brave, because if it’s not scary, well then, what does it matter whether you’re brave or not?

If and when you feel ready, make your self-inquiry formal with the pen-pal service, and use the avenues of support to help yourself through those darker spells of time:
