Honesty Payments and Adjustments
We nurture engagement with those who are more vulnerable by accepting payments at an affordable self-decided price, or via a payment plan. Each individual service user is trusted to be honest about what they can afford, since together, we can change this world for the better, but only with pure intentions and a whole lot of heart.
This ethos of ‘Honesty-Box Payments’, it was inspired by community ‘Honesty Boxes’. As Ana Maria travelled far and wide around the world, she saw that people would leave their produce on the side of the road, or in a small unattended shack or shop front, and trust their local community to contribute as they felt appropriate.
At an even greater risk, she once visited a hostel on an island off the Malaysian Peninsular, which was found to be practising the very same procedures, i.e. sign into the guestbook, check yourself into your wonderful ocean view bungalow, donate the felt amount of money as you walk out the door a week later. This wonderful time was blessed with faith and trust, what a splendid concept, and it is one we wish to nurture in the consumer.
A ball park price list will be provided when you sign up to work with Ana Maria via any correspondence submission/application page, but you will also be presented with geographically adjusted recommendations.
“Taking services for free and never once contemplating your minimum contribution is like a honeybee taking all the pollen without securing the promise of pollinating other flowers – it wouldn’t be sustainable. Please contribute responsibly when you feel safe enough to do so.”
Hannah Sim, Chief Executive of Faith in Change Publishing, 2021.
Services Rendered – An agreement of energetic exchange.
Why pay at all if the services are pretty much free?
Well, Ana Maria needs to eat while she works to serve those accepting of her time, energy and wisdom, that’s one reason. There is an energy exchange at play, this is the way that Ana Maria has come to see the need to pay for things. For example, if she ‘spends’ her time and attention your way, it seems to balance the energetic exchange when one offers their thanks in monetary form, at least in this instance.
If it were possible to do this all for free (which we do hope that it will be, one day), then we would be doing that, but right now, at this point in development, to keep working this way, to support the growth of this endeavour to serve humanity and those in need, we must ask those who can pay to do so.
The recommended payment plans provide guidelines and ballpark figures, a suggested given amount appropriate to the kind of services provided. Yet, one must always consider the global disparity between existing economies, and trust that those in ‘The West’ support this cause in alignment with their privilege and affluence, in comparison to those in ‘The East’, whose money does not hold up to the same worth and value when used on a global scale.
Please know that ‘West’ and ‘East’ are merely phrases used to illustrate a point. To us, when contemplated seriously enough and without jest, The East is The West to the South American continent, and truly, there is no East or West, not really, someone made it up. When one speaks of humanity, these words matter not. There are poor people on every single continent, and we serve their souls too, which is why individual reflection, not demographic generalisation, is relied upon, along with a person’s honesty.
We are not writing contracts that bind you to a payment plan, nor do we chase you for the money you will hopefully drop in The Box. We accept that life occurs in waves, and only ask that your own ethical consumerist approach actually speaks to your inward moral compass, and that you potentially set up your own happy and comfortable payment plan here, especially if you frequent her site for regular self-support and a little guidance.

“Global disparity sucks, we hope to close the gap between those who can access high-quality self-help resources and other educational platforms, those which are designed meticulously and with a conscientious responsibility to deliver well, the subject in focus. Our responsibility is to all, not only those with money.”

Pay With Love…
When money is scarce and you are not financially fluent enough to share a thing, which can be the case and is totally alright with us, please consider donating your time and energy forward with a smile or gesture of kindness.
Not everybody can pay even the littlest amount of money, which is nothing to be ashamed of, it’s the entire reason for this platform existing in the way that it does (subscription free, no doors to unlock). Ana Maria Santuario, herself relied upon charitable kindnesses for a few years of her life. PTSD recovery charities, carers and families grants, various recovery funding, she gained safety, opportunity, and life rejuvenating experiences as a result of the support on offer from charitable ventures.
However, she did experience various gaps in the services, as well as in the quality and ethical craftmanship of said services, and all experiences helped inform the design of her own vision and venture. It is the most vulnerable she carries in her heart and through every thought and deliberation, since all human beings deserve the same opportunities, especially when it comes to safety, wellness and health – and she cannot leave a single human unloved, at least, not knowingly.
And when you are unable to give a thing to a single soul, embrace that reality and do yourself a favour, forget about the world and tune into your immediate needs. Serving yourself is sometimes how you serve the greater good, and you should give yourself permission to do this for as long as you need to, even if that looks like forever right now 😉 Even if it is forever, for the some who find life a challenge. Live the life you’ve got, right? Live the life you’ve got.
