T.L.C. Yoga Practice

Yoga practice, an ancient movement ritual incorporating the breath, strengthening of the form, improved flexibility and meditation (or, presence).  Movements like those experienced in a yoga flow can clear energy from certain areas of the body.  Much life is stored inside of us and it will stay there until it is given a channel to release through.  Should you cry, be present to it; should you feel angry, stay present to it; should you wake up and be unable to face the practice, be present to that sensation and know that it’s okay to not practice at all.  Start slow, change can only come with time, self-compassion, forgiveness and love.  Devotional movement can and does change us all, as we devote time to an already existent space of peace within us, only then do we give said peace a chance to grow in the world around us too.  There is but one, Namaste.

My advice is to find your preferred yoga teacher and then to visit their channel on YouTube so you can seek variety in your practice when you are ready to.

We thank all creators for their videos and these generous and loving contributions to the world.
