We invite individuals and teams with experience in various healing and recovery modalities to contribute to a growing library of self-care support. We welcome practitioners from all backgrounds, be that medical, wholistic, alternative, homeopathic, experiential, and spiritual, as well as those with teaching backgrounds in worthy fields of learning, such as financial self-care or nutrition management. We invite vetted individuals and groups to contribute their own pathways and resource packs to the Self-Help Library, a platform full of love, kindness, high-value education and self-support.
Anything you contribute can always act as an advertising opportunity for your services rendered elsewhere, there would be a professional profile advertised on our site, along with a link to your own website, be that acting as a gateway to virtual or in-person service provision. But this powerhouse of light, found and established when we join together with purpose and purity of intent, found when we stand in connectedness and love, well, that is when the light can build enough momentum and power to dispel the darkness.
This is no one way transaction and anyone contributing to this platform of safety and light will be offered the same in return by way of 6 free (and extended) Creative Counselling sessions with Faith in Change Publishing Ltd. We hope to collaborate towards the development of 6 free resources, at a minimum, within these sessions, while simultaneously contemplating your future pathway as a professional. We have big ideas for ourselves, but will certainly share any ideas we have about your growth during these sessions too. We aim to help you help others, and while keeping any wider impact projections in view, as well as our target of global equality of access, we maintain the belief that your skill-set should equate to a living wage, and we will help in the ways that we can. We do not make any promises as to outcomes, but hope to at least ‘shine a little light’ ahead and provide some keys to unlocking your newer and brighter future.
In terms of the resource development partnership, our long-term aim is to open the door towards personal transformation for those seeking to find healing and peace. Having perhaps wandered alone, some of us know that pain, and the Self-Help Library simply offers light to travel with while lost to the darkness. Moreover, with directions and a compass (let’s call that intuition), we can only hope that less and less people have to wander through as much darkness as perhaps you, and we, once had to.
We have created a platform that may come to act as ‘A Map Through The Maze’, so to speak… and with your compass points, be those offering direction towards wholistic self-care remedies, or perhaps self-image perception transformation, or chronic pain management, we welcome you to join the inwards revolution, one where peace lay at the centre, and may very well come to grow outwards from within ourselves and those we come to serve.
To maintain a sense of safety, we have a few ground rules here at Ana Maria Ltd, and as a platform in support of only the person in need coming to find help, we reduce their risk of vulnerability by maintaining an advertising free space. Moreover, when you are selected as a contributor, we do include a thorough assessment of what may lay on the other end of a person’s engagement with your materials and conceptual matter. In a sense, it would not be an act of safeguarding, on our part, were we to lead people towards extortionate services that nobody ‘normal’ or living close to the breadline can afford. Moreover, there can be no endorsement of your company or practice beyond the approval of your service donation, and the link to your website, included within your contributor profile, can be the only thing we cement here at Ana Maria Ltd.
Please know that all formal contributions created during the collaboration period become the property of Ana Maria Ltd upon formal submission, this does not include your initial application, this only occurs upon contract conception, which will always require your signature, be that digital or otherwise. The reason your contribution becomes the property of The Company is to further safeguard towards user reliance, and to protect those in need from interrupted recovery efforts, or from suddenly having a daily habit, supported by your contributions, being left unstructured and unsupported when you change your mind and wish to make money from this creation, which may predictably be the case should your resource become quite popular. We are protecting the consumer with this clause, from unwarranted and potentially harmful change.
However, as already stated, we do think of you too, and when you’re developing your creations, the progressive and creative dialogue can be trusted to feed back into your own private service, as well as it playing a significant role in the building of your donations, which may become a learning experience for you and fruit further professional labour and efforts once this project has found completion.

A word from Ana Maria Santuario:
The idea of the Self-Help Library is to serve those stuck in a perpetual cycle of pain and suffering by empowering them with the right tools and know-how to break these cycles for themselves, or to support them towards accepting themselves and living well as who they already are, since breaking patterns cannot always be the answer. The library will serve those walking the journeys of recovery, crisis and grief, it will teach the young about living well and safely, and ultimately, it can save lives.
We are all born from the light, we just get a little lost over time, so these ‘roadmaps’ might help those wandering alone to find the best path for who they are, one that suits their individual needs and empowers them along a road that leads to more joy-filled experiences and a sense of freedom within. It may also become the reason they seek further similar help. All individuals may take various roads, but there can never be a one-size fits all system, which is a problem if we endeavour to inspire, over time, a comprehensive multi-disciplinary system of service, one the user optimises somewhat intuitively.
Our mission is to help those in need move steadily towards the discovery and design of their own unique route back to health, happiness, and peace, all whilst taking things one step at a time. We encourage each person’s journey to unfold as it must – uniquely and at the right pace for one’s capacity to endure and benefit from this work they will do with themselves. ‘Leave no person behind’, the notion from which this platform was born, since not everybody has the time, energy or financial fluency/ security to reach towards filling their immediate need for safety, nutrition, or therapeutic pathways. Others may feel too ashamed to ask for help, or scared of facing their reality, which is why the anonymous nature of this site may very well encourage those not ready to speak to professionals to support themselves in the ways that they are able to.
Health and nutrition can become the best medicine, mindfulness can ease the internal struggle, and many other remedial/ preventative measures can support a person who feels trapped and unable to reach towards the light. By offering your seeds and allowing them to grow in the worlds of others, you spread love in a new way, in a way that caters to the masses and enables your services to become the self-empowering, life changing tool they can be. This becomes especially true when you sit beside others on this platform, all of whom have been vetted for their good intentions and desire to help those in need of the service they can provide. This platform is free from advertising companies, it is designed with CLIENT SAFETY at its heart, and your contribution will become a thing of togetherness; as a result, building towards a powerhouse of quality service which can empower the individual, support independence, and improve quality of life the world over.
To thrive and be in good health must become a true human right, not the superficial one our failing systems pretend to uphold, all whilst denying that right by nature of their own limits and irregularities created by human beings unable to uphold such values. Too many paid for their ‘service’ cater to their own ego and consistently deny human rights, they fail to live with compassion, and sadly become a really brutally harmful element of a person’s life when they live in need of their aid. Too much needs changing, but history proves that feat impossible, which is why creating something new, from the ground up, became the only real choice to make… when the fruits of this labour of love reseed elsewhere, grow and branch out into and around the world over time, we can sit knowing we played a part in it, all whilst embracing that the channeling of love, and not ever fear, created such possibility and wonder.

Anamaria.org is where things come together to form a platform so full of love that each tiny drop added to our ocean makes waves possible. Alone, we risk low impact becoming our way of life, and working 1:1 with clients is certainly an admirable feature required in the world of service, but we’re thinking globally, and with that, we’re contemplating the longevity of this world of self-care and self-help, with the support of The Ana Maria Foundation. The world needs all beings of light to band together; contemplate this for a minute, when the sun shines upon the earth, it’s rays spread far and wide and it is still as beautiful as ever, yet once you place a magnifying glass beneath the rays of light, the concentrated beam causes the power of said light to magnify and thus, this energy becomes easier to direct with force and focus. We aim to create a magnified and unified platform, one where all your light can come to shine together and create real change in a person’s life. All real and effective work with oneself begins within, but road maps become a necessity, so as not to stray too far from the path – all who wonder lost can find their way toward a better way of life for themselves, with the right resources and tools available to them. Both Ana Maria Ltd and The Ana Maria Foundation are dedicated to this cause, with help from their development partner, Faith in Change Publishing Ltd.
Where the money goes, via anamaria.org:
- All payments made via The Honesty Box go to Ana Maria Ltd, from this, employment fees are rendered, as are company maintenance and running costs. Ana Maria personally fuels The Foundation, with the help of donors and patrons making even more possible.
- All donations made at anamaria.org go directly to The Ana Maria Foundation, who then contribute 50% of said donation to The Longevity and Creation Fund, which sustains the running and ongoing development of The Self-Help Library.
The Development Process

We all have our strengths, and working alone does have the benefit of autonomy, but this space of service to the world is not a space for ego to win out. We are not in this business for the fame and glory, we are here to serve the masses in the way that the divine blessed us to be able to. That includes those behind the scenes who edit texts, build and maintain the website(s), manage social media content, and design print and ebooks, all individuals matter, all skill-sets make this possible, and each person chosen has been felt to be the best fit for this endeavour. Because our intention is to serve the light, our conversations and patterns of development differ, especially since we are not contemplating the first million sales, on the contrary, we’d rather help one million people than make a million pounds, and that’s the truth right there! We ask better questions, bigger questions, more loving questions, like, ‘How can we develop the right safeguarding strategies to protect the audience?’ ‘Who can we support with your skill-set?’ ‘How can we optimise impact and go global with your resource?’ ‘Why are we here on the earth with such magic gifts and ideas sitting within our bodies, hearts and minds?’ ‘Can I use my love to save others from suffering the same pains that I once did, or at least help them find a more direct route out of their darkest night?’ These thoughts are more aligned with the way that we work together with clients and service providers wishing to design a toolkit or healing pathway as a donation of their service towards the greater good. You will know whether or not you’re destined to apply to collaborate with us, since your ego will say yes, or no, to this way of life and intent.
So, how does it all work?
- Well, first you apply using the submission form above (click here to return to it now).
- Then you are invited to sit down and speak with Hannah Sim, Faith in Change’s Chief and Editor, to discuss finer details and have a chance for a mutual Q&A. This is at no cost to you.
- If your development is accepted, you will sign a contract stating that all donated resources worked on herein, whether completed or not, become the property of Ana Maria Ltd, this pre-confirms their formal and lawful hand-over for long-term use and indefinite availability at the Self-Help Library on this platform.
- Then you will receive 6 Creative Counselling sessions, for free, with each session focusing on the development of a unique resource for your offering/ pathway. Please note that 6 is the minimum number of resources accepted, but you can choose to make more if your pathway feels more complete with a few add-ons or appendices.
- Should you fail to complete the collaboration, then you have to pay the cost of the creative counselling at the advertised price on the Faith in Change Publishing Service List, found here.
- Please note: the creative counselling will always aim to give you ideas for further work and developments that you may choose to use on your own platform, and we confirm that we do not claim any rights to these further developments.
- Once your free sessions have ceased and your contribution has been delivered, you will have the opportunity to access the paid for Creative Counselling Service and continue your work with Faith In Change, or apply for a Service Grant with The Ana Maria Foundation, which means you are given time, and not money.
- Upon completion, your resource will be added to the Self-Help Library and all related platforms, which includes YouTube and other social media platforms, if required and/or appropriate.
- You will be asked to create a company, professional and/or personal portfolio, one which can be added, at your request, to your main page on the Self-Help Library. Here you may include a link to your own service platforms.
All the above accommodates to meet the needs of the developing partners, which includes you. You will walk away having learned to harness your passion and energy into creative outlets and service provision, whilst being given seeds of ideas that become yours to water, feed and grow. We do support you as an essential aspect of mutual reciprocity, but only in the form of thoughts, ideas and questions that support critical development and aim to redirect you towards success and independence, we take zero responsibility for helping you develop more than your donation into the working realms of digital software and media.
The Funding
The Ana Maria Foundation & Faith in Change Charitable Enterprise
When you are developing your contribution, you have the contractual right to receive the support necessary to go from concept to creation for free, in as many as 10 Creative Counselling Sessions, although we do aim for 6 in total, yet quality over quantity will forever remain the priority. However, there will be a few ties, if you fail to finish the design and development process, you are then legally required to reimburse time and professional input at the given contractual rate for those seeking the services of Faith in Change as an independent publisher. Faith in change only commit to a service donation partnership if the contract has been fulfilled by you and your completed donation, otherwise, it is your moral and legal duty to pay for the service rendered.
As an example, should you claim to be unable to continue and never return to working with us, you would still be required, as a point stipulated in your contract, to pay the equivalent of the ‘Creative Counselling Fee,’ for every session you will have benefitted from. If you deny our right to claim this payment, you permit us to list your name on our ‘Black List of Lightworkers’, those who may be unreliable and immoral in nature, those who never in fact belonged to our ethos and values as humanitarians.
In terms of funding clarity, Faith in Change Publishing donate their Creative Counselling Service, in line with their eagerness to gift the world with as much light as possible in the form of high-value, high-quality resource development and publication. However, The Ana Maria Foundation does pay, on your behalf, a nominal discounted fee for anything beyond the Created Counselling remit, which is primarily a dialogic development tool. Should the development process reveal the need for a spacious landscape photoshoot, or for the payment of third party services, or perhaps even the employment of a singer or voice worker, they can support that element of essential development processing. You will be responsible for much of the ground work, and this is only in very specific circumstances that extra funding must be given. Please note, there will be an ‘Additional Service Funding’ application, should you find that to be the case.
And so, Faith in Change donate their time, experience and expertise, whilst The Ana Maria Foundation support resources development processes by covering costs, and fund the accessing of essential specialist service provision.
